Operation MOBILE (Mobilizing Our Bodies In Love Everlasting) was founded in June 1994, while the Richeys were staff members of the mission’s agency International Gospel Outreach, 8201 Wards Lane, Semmes, Alabama 36575

Operation MOBILE was commissioned and launched out as a separate 501c(3) ministry in 1997

Operation MOBILE has trained churches and leaders to reach their communities through, sidewalk Sunday school, food and clothing outreaches, summer youth camps, creative arts camps, dance camps, gospel hip-hop festivals, in home community bible studies, international short term missions trips, church planting and much more.

Operation MOBILE sponsored and hosted the first Spanish speaking evangelistic radio program in south Alabama.

January 1, 2001 Gulf Coast Christian Center was planted. A non-denominational church that believes in the teachings of Jesus Christ with a strong emphasis on missions, children, youth and young adults with the goal of releasing them into their God given destiny. GCCC has a strong concentration on training leaders to be disciplined in their thinking, mature in their emotions, and calculated in their decisions, that they may reach their God given purpose.

This rapidly growing congregation is touching our city, our nation and the world. Supporting missions both locally and internationally. Since 2000 Gulf Coast Christian Center has taken teams to Europe, Africa, Cuba, Mexico. Supported work in Amsterdam, China, India, and England

In 1997 many independent churches begin coming to Apostle Richey and asking for a spiritual covering. We have overseen as many as 65 churches in this capacity.

The Richeys have traveled to over 46 different nations.

On August 8 2005 the TV ministry Making A Difference with Gulf Coast Christian Center began airing on Comcast Cable. A talk show format hosted by Pastors David and Margaret Richey with guest, role-ins from ministry; interviews and sundry events throughout the city, nation and the world.
